Shepshed Town Cricket Club
Welcome to the website of Shepshed Town Cricket Club.
Founded in 1869, Shepshed Town now rank amongst the top clubs in Leicestershire.
Our 1st XI secured promotion to the Everards Leicestershire First Division for the 2009 season and have maintained their position in that Division for 2011
We now field four senior teams, two Thursday and one Sunday teams as well as U17 A & B, U15, U13 & Incrediball.
Shepshed Town are a Community Amateur Sports Club an ECB Focus Club and have just been awarded ClubMark status. We welcome members and players from all walks of life irrespective of race, religion, age, infirmity or ability.
We believe that everyone who joins the club should have the opportunity to take part to the highest possible level based on their individual skills and needs regardless of anything other than cricket.

Our 2nd XI have just finished unbeaten runners-up in Div 5 and will play in Div 4 next year. Congratulations to every member of the club who have made a valuable contribution to the promotion push, not forgetting those that have provided the teas and everyone else who have helped in any small way.
